Experience
Laura Beth Rufolo has over 32 years of experience representing physicians, nurses, dentists, and practice groups, successfully defending them in professional liability lawsuits. She represents doctors and nurses in actions brought by their respective licensing boards, both in the investigation stage and at board hearings. Laura Beth has also assisted physicians and practice groups in responding to HIPAA inquiries and investigations by the U. S. Department of Health and Human Services. In addition, her practice has included a wide variety of general civil litigation, including governmental tort liability cases.
