Craig Allen has tried over 135 jury trials in 39 years, winning over 90% of those cases. He represents a Class 1 railroad in FELA, crossing accident cases and real estate disputes. He has represented local and national contractors, engineers and architects , individually and for various insurance carriers. He defends insureds in construction, products liability, premises liability and other personal injury cases. He has lectured at regional, national and international seminars on trial techniques and construction and products liability defense. He is an A+ rated attorney and has been named a Super Lawyer and Prolific Trial Attorney by the Tennessee Jury Reporter. In 2019 he was recognized by his peers as a Best Lawyer in the areas of Construction, Personal Injury Litigation-Defendants, Product Liability Litigation-Defendants, Transportation Law and was named Lawyer of the Year in Chattanooga for Construction Law.
