Experience

Timothy J. Millirons is a 1997 graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law. He joined the firm in 2000 after completing a one-year judicial clerkship with the Hamilton County, Tennessee, Chancery Court for the 11th Judicial District of Tennessee. Mr. Millirons has over 18 years of experience in civil litigation, including medical malpractice defense, personal injury defense, general tort liability, and construction litigation, and in commercial litigation, representing financial and banking institutions, small businesses, and individuals, at the trial and appellate levels in state, bankruptcy, and federal court.  Further experience includes creditor’s rights, real estate litigation and transactions, estate administration and probate litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Millirons had experience as a budget analyst with the National Archives and Records Administration in Washington, D.C., providing a strong financial and analytical background.
