Courtney heads up a division of the firm, Institutional Compliance Solutions and focuses her practice on representing institutions in all legal matters affecting their operations, with a specialization in compliance with Title IX and related Federal laws and regulations. She also represents employers and institutions in a full range of labor and employment matters including complaints of discrimination and retaliation, wage and hour, drug testing, policy manuals, training and employment litigation. Courtney is a trained independent investigator and Rule 31 Civil Mediator.
